Accounts Assistant (Sales & Purchase Ledger) - £30-32K (DOE)

We're on the lookout for an experienced Finance Assistant to support our clients busy finance team with a focus on Sales and Purchase Ledger.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly sales invoices & issuing statements.
• Processing supplier invoices, employee expenses & credit card transactions.
• Managing ledger postings and reconciling supplier statements.
• Assisting with month-end accounts and reporting.
• Handling queries and maintaining strong supplier/customer relationships.

You'll work closely with the Finance Office Manager, ensuring accurate and timely processing across all areas of the ledger and supporting general finance admin as needed.

What you'll bring:

? Experience in a similar finance role

? Confidence using finance systems (D365 a big plus!)

? Eye for detail and strong time management

? A proactive, can-do attitude
