Accounts Assistant

We are pleased to be working with an excellent Bolton based company who are looking for an accounts assistant to join the company on a full time, permanent basis. This role reports into the financial controller and is an excellent role for either an AAT studier or someone who is an experienced accounts assistant

Key responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Complete the cashing up and banking on a daily basis
• Perform a weekly credit control review and where necessary, communicate any issues with your line manager
• Process of supplier invoices, sending to management for authorisation
• Monitor Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger accounts for posting errors, unallocated posting and any other issues
• Other adhoc duties
