I'm delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing construction business based in Eurocentral. Known for its friendly, people-focused culture, the company offers a supportive and collaborative working environment with a strong focus on employee well-being and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Sales Invoicing. Whether you bring existing experience or are looking to develop your skills further, this role offers full training, exposure to SAP, and the chance to build expertise in reporting, analysis, and systems.

The role is fully on-site to begin with, working Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00, with the potential for hybrid working over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales invoicing and purchase ledger processing
• Preparing and validating sales invoices
• Monitoring debt recovery and updating systems
• Data entry and document management using internal platforms
• Ensuring billing deadlines are met (typically by 1pm)
• Processing high-volume of invoices both manually and automated
• Managing supplier statements, BACS payments, and bank transactions
• Supporting ongoing system migration
• Using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations)
