Main Duties:

• Generating weekly sales import summaries
• Managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
• Preparing payment run reports
• Overseeing and updating the accounts receivable ledger
• Resolving invoice queries promptly and efficiently
• Ensuring precise and prompt handling of supplier invoices

Personal Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel and Sage
• Ability to thrive in a past paced environment
• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to business needs, including handling ad hoc tasks
