Accounts Assistant

Do you have accounts experience working in the motor trade/dealership industry? Search are looking for a hands-on Accounts Assistant to join a growing dealership in Denton on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a volume-driven environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Dealership Accountant with daily accounting duties
* Managing the purchase ledger, including reconciliations and payment processing
* Working with the nominal ledger and sales ledger
* Handling volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Liaising with good payers and keeping supplier accounts in order
* Using Excel to create simple formulas
What We're Looking For:
* Motor trade/dealership experience is essential - if you've worked with Drive, even better but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hardworking attitude
* Comfortable meeting tight deadlines
* A confident communicator who's not afraid to challenge and speak up when needed
* Someone who can hit the ground running and be a vital part of a tight-knit office team
