Accounts Assistant

An Accounts Assistant is required due to internal promotion. This full time position requires applicants to assist with transactional accounts as well as management accounts therefore it is fundamental applicants are suitably experienced. In return, the company will provide a supportive environment and support towards study.

THE ROLE
Full time hours, office based.
Oversee transactional accounts inc. ledgers, reconciliations and prep of payroll.
Assist with monthly management accounts and production of period end reports.
List of duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and may increase in time.
Welcoming and supportive team.
Progression and personal development are available from a skills and academic perspective.

THE CANDIDATE
Must possess recent / relevant experience gained in a busy accounts environment.
Able to manage all aspects of transactional accounts including payroll.
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Show a willingness to help colleagues facing strict deadlines.
Strong communicator, confident, proactive and tenacious.
AAT studier or qualified (Study support available)
