Accounts Assistant

• Tracing, banking, and posting of receipts to ledgers.
• Capturing, posting, and paying of payments.
• Checking and balancing of statements.
• Cover for office account team as required.

Accounts Payable:

• Supporting the transactions team in processing invoices, expenses, and card transactions.
• Adding disbursements to edgers.
• Dealing with supplier queries and internal requests.
• Supporting with the Accounts Payable inbox.

• Confident and concise communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Team player with good time management skills.
• Ability to work calmly against deadlines.
• Former accounts experience is not essential; however, experience in a regulated industry like insurance or banking, or even customer service, is beneficial.
