Accounts Assistant

Morgan Mckinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established company in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The finance assistant role will be working closely with the Head of Finance, supporting with everyday accounting duties, invoices, expenses, payments and also with the checking of payroll data monthly. This is a lovely varied Finance admin support job opportunity.

Salary: £28-32K

Location: Hybrid working - Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri

Accounts - Finance support duties:

• Raising invoices and credit notes
• Processing payments
• Supporting with the monthly payroll data - checking of details
• Handling any finance queries

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar Accounts - Finance assistant type role
• Attention to detail
• Good IT and communication skills
