Main Duties:

As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the accounts department
• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparing weekly payment runs
• Ensuring all invoice e-filing is kept up to date

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an account assistant or purchase ledger role
• Good IT skills, particularly strong Excel ability
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• A flexible, team-focused attitude
