Accounts Assistant

Location: Birmingham (Moseley / Selly Oak / Edgbaston area)

If you are an organised and hardworking candidate with proven experience as an Accounts Assistant (or similar role) previously, this could be a great opportunity for you to step into a position that offers flexible hours, an onsite gym, and other benefits. You will be a key member of the financial and administrative team, ensuring the smooth running of daily processes. Both part and full time applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
• Raise orders, manage payments, and oversee day to day financial administration.
• Maintaining and keeping accurate records.
• Supporting the Finance Manager with financial reporting.
• Ensuring full compliance with financial procedures, maintaining accurate recordings of all activity.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
