Job
As an Accounts Assistant you will be involved in the following:
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices daily
Statement reconciliations
Maintaining new suppliers/bank details
Check and process staff expenses
General supplier queries
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

You
As an Accounts Assistant you will be skilled or qualified in the following:
At least 2 years’ experience in the above responsibilities
IT literate in all Microsoft packages and a widely used finance system
Great communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and work as a team
