My client is a hugely successful multi discipline group fo companies who are continuing to grow organically and through acquisition. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team initially on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave with the strong possibility of a permanent role as they continue to grow.
Purpose of the Role
Support the Groupfinance function to process and post all ledger transactions.
Act as support to the business and flag at the earliest opportunity/awareness of risks/issues with any trading
Ad hoc support of Senior Management (Group Finance Director/Group Financial Controller)
Main Responsibilities
Timesheets
Payroll
Expenses
Sales Invoicing/Cash Collection
Purchase Invoices/PO’s
Job Costing/Reporting (as and when familiarity permits)
FBP activity
Ad hoc duties as required - to include but not exclusively support on new systems implementation.
The role offers variety and the opportunity to be an integral part of a number of divisions within the Group.
