Harmonic are proud to be working exclusively with an award-winning creative studio to find a talented Accounts Assistant with a focus on Accounts Payable.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a vibrant, design-led business that works on visually stunning projects for some of the world's leading brands. Known for their collaborative culture and attention to craft, they've built an impressive reputation in the creative sector.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established creative production studio that specialises in immersive experiences, branded environments, and large-scale installations. With a turnover of c.£15-20mill and a team of around 70, they're part of a wider international group, giving them access to global resources while retaining the personality and agility of a boutique studio.

Based in an inspiring London studio space, they've embraced flexible working and offer a culture that values openness, collaboration, and creativity.

The Role:

This role will see you take the reins on the day-to-day running of the Accounts Payable function while supporting the wider finance team with month-end processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of Accounts Payable
• Posting and reconciling purchase invoices
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
• Supporting with expense claims and credit card reconciliations
• Assisting with accruals, prepayments and month-end duties
• Ad hoc finance tasks and reporting support

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable role
• Creative industries experience
• Strong attention to detail and confident working with Excel
• Clear communicator who enjoys working with people across the business
• AAT qualification (or studying towards ACCA/CIMA) is a plus, but not essential

• £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
