DescriptionAccounts Assistant responsibilities include:To support and maintain the Purchase Ledger for the accounts departmentProcess expenses/VAT expensesBank reconciliationsManage a portion of credit control & perform credit checksCalculation of stock unit costsMaking Payments / Preparing weekly Payment runs for authorisation by the accounts ManagerProvide support and cover to other functions within the team as requiredTo support the accounts manager with tasks as requiredAd-hoc duties as requiredProfileThe candidate will have:Experience working in a similar role - RequiredExcellent communication skills both written and verbal - RequiredStrong working knowledge of MS Excel - RequiredAbility to work well alone or as part of a team - RequiredStudying towards AAT qualification - DesirablePrevious SAP experience - DesirableJob OfferThis role offers a salary up to £27k + quarterly bonus + hybrid working + flexible working hours + on-site parking + career progression + leading pension scheme + 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + work social events + more!
