Accounts Assistant + Study

Our exclusive client are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. The business has grown rapidly over the past year and due to winning more contracts and work, they now need someone on a permanent basis who will grow with the business. They will support AAT study should the candidate wish to study.

Duties include

• Processing high volumes of invoices and dealing with supplier queries
• Daily reconciliation of the bank
• Assisting with preparing payment runs
• Raising any specific and bespoke invoices when needed
• Raising credit notes and dealing with customer queries
• Chasing overdue accounts
• Adhoc accounts duties to support the finance team

You must have good accounts experience for this role and you will need to hit the ground running. If you have experience in purchase ledger or an all-round role, that would be perfect. Experience of Xero would also be advantageous.
