They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your accounting skills within a dynamic and professional environment.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Managing bank reconciliations and expense processing.
• Assisting with VAT returns and financial audits.
• Providing general financial administration and support to the finance team.

To be successful in this Accounts Assistant role, you should have:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or finance support role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
