We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Business Partner to join our Hospitality & Facilities team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of temporary staffing solutions across a portfolio of clients while developing the skills and experience needed to eventually manage your own recruitment desk.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates for temporary assignments.

Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Supporting the delivery of staffing requirements across Hospitality & Facilities accounts.

Managing compliance, references, and recruitment administration

Learning business development skills and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Working towards running your own temporary recruitment desk.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive and organised approach.

A passion for working with people and delivering outstanding service.

Recruitment, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
