Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm)

New Harvest Wholesale, the largest oriental food supplier in the West Midlands, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process daily incoming and outgoing payments using SAP

* Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

* Liaise with Credit Control, Sales, Warehouse, and Drivers

* Process returns and raise credit notes

* Monitor customer account balances and non-reconciled transactions

* Process supplier invoices and payments

* Reconciling bank statements, accounts and financial records.

Requirements:

* Strong numeracy skills

* Intermediate MS Office (Word & Excel)

* SAP knowledge (advantageous)

* High attention to detail
