The Role

As Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio, reviewing work prepared by junior team members, and supporting the Partners/Directors with strategic input. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on accounting, team leadership, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries

• Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and management reports

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Assisting with business development and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice

• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a team player
