This strategic role will operate as a key spearhead between finance and executive leadership, contributing to long-term growth and financial planning as well as taking charge on the day to day.

This multifaceted position provides end-to-end exposure across the finance function, encompassing financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute finance professional ready to influence decision-making at board level.

Skills Needed

• Demonstrable experience leading a finance function, with strong operational oversight and the ability to implement new ideas.
• Commercially minded with a data-driven approach and the drive to scale financial processes.
• Proficient in the end-to-end preparation of monthly Management Accounts, inclusive of integrated cash flow forecasting, budget modelling, and variance analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with proven experience communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
