What You’ll Do…
This is no ordinary Accounts Manager role—you’ll be central to the success of the business. Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll lead from the front and manage everything from invoicing and reconciliations to management accounts and HR support.

Your day-to-day will include…

• You will take charge of weekly and monthly reporting—debtors, creditors, management accounts & more
• You will ensure the accuracy and compliance across bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and payroll
• You will support key commercial decisions through real-time financial data
• You will handle HR finance duties including payroll liaison, pensions, and new starters
• You will liaise with auditors and preparing detailed year-end reports
• You will manage the full finance function for a business that’s growing fast

What You’ll Bring…

• A hands-on approach
• Solid experience in an SME finance environment
• Familiarity with Sage 200 and strong Excel skills
• Experience in warehousing, logistics or retail background would be ideal
• QBE or Part Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years experience
• Experience preparing VAT returns, management accounts, and budgets
