Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts with precision and efficiency, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Handle VAT returns and other tax-related matters, providing expert advice to clients.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work.
• Liaise with clients to address their queries and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
