My client is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounts production of their own client portfolio, primarily focusing on partnerships. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in accountancy practice, looking to manage a diverse portfolio and contribute to our firm’s success.

• Produce partnership accounts to finalisation stage independently.
• Manage and maintain your own client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service and building strong rapport with clients.
• Plan and organise work efficiently, adhering to the firm’s standards and deadlines.
• Maintain an awareness of the firm’s specialist services and contribute to the development of these services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear and concise information both verbally and in writing.

• AAT/ACCA Qualification.
• At least two years’ experience working in a professional accountancy practice.
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio.
• Some tax experience and competence in computer skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work unsupervised and adhere to firm standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience preparing Limited Company accounts and corporation tax returns.
• Familiarity with SAGE Accounts, Iris GP accounts package, Xero, and MS Office.
