What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied portfolio of SME clients across multiple sectors
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and VAT returns
• Overseeing junior staff and reviewing work for accuracy and compliance
• Supporting clients with queries, offering proactive advice and guidance
• Collaborating with senior leadership on workflow and client service delivery
• Ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met with precision

What We’re Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified (working towards or qualified by experience)
• Strong background in accounts preparation within an accountancy practice
• Confident in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
• Organised, detail-focused and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
• A team player with a positive, professional approach
