Accountancy practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are partnering with a highly regarded firm of accountants in Kendall who are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting assignments in line with internal procedures for your client portfolio

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries

Brief and support Business Services Assistants/Seniors at the outset of assignments

Provide technical guidance and performance feedback to junior team members

Set formal objectives and mentor junior colleagues

Oversee your own portfolio, collaborating with senior colleagues to meet deadlines

About You:

Qualified (ICAS, ACA or ACCA)

Experienced in a practice-based accounting role

Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

A strong team player, able to support and collaborate effectively

Skilled in prioritisation, organisation, and problem-solving

Proactive and enthusiastic about professional development

Holder of a full UK driving licence
