Following their recent integration into a growing Top 40 group, this practice is now looking to appoint an Accounts Manager to join their friendly and high-performing team based in Thame.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) who's confident managing a portfolio of SME clients, ideally with experience or interest in the agricultural sector.

• Managing and reviewing the preparation of statutory accounts (FRS 102, 1A & 105)
• Overseeing workflow and deadlines, ensuring a smooth process across your portfolio
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and reporting directly to Partners
• Getting involved in management development programmes and future leadership opportunities

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 3+ years' post-qualified UK experience
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing accounts jobs from planning to completion
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Agricultural sector experience or a desire to work in this space is a big plus
