? What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Accounts Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing a diverse client portfolio while providing guidance and leadership across the team. You’ll work closely with Directors to help shape the direction of the firm and deliver outstanding service. Your role will include:

• Leading your own portfolio and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
• Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, VAT returns, tax computations, and management accounts
• Monitoring portfolio performance including WIP, recoveries, billing, and debtors
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff to help them reach their potential
• Streamlining internal processes to maximise efficiency
• Collaborating on ad hoc projects with Directors and Partners
• Proactively identifying client needs and delivering tailored advisory solutions
