Accounts Operations Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client, who are looking for an Accounts Operations Coordinator to run their fast growing operations office. They want someone involved in the day-to-day financial operations of a company, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with financial regulations, and efficient management of financial transactions. This role can encompass various positions, including Account Officer, Operations Accountant, or Accounting Operations.

Duties include:

• Monitor account transactions, prepare and review ledger balances, handle expenses, manage payroll, and act as a point of contact for financial and operational queries.
• Maintaining accurate financial records, including sales and purchase ledgers.
• Preparing reports, including revenue and expense reports, for analysis and decision-making.
• Managing payroll processes and ensuring timely payments.
• Overseeing the management of cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operations.
• Managing an office with experience in Sage.

Having worked in a vehicle parts or tyre background would be advantageous.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

This is a permanent position.
