You will take responsibility for managing the accounts payable inbox, statement reconciliations, general admin duties, as well as building and maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders and your suppliers. Day to day you will be matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices, resolving queries, performing statement reconciliations and assisting with the payment runs.
What you'll need to succeed
With a strong and recent track record in accounts payable, you will have strong communication skills in order to liaise with both internal and external contacts, along with excellent attention to detail. Being a team player, you will be happy to assist your colleagues in the finance team, offering a flexible and personable approach.
