Description

• Manage and maintain financial records in an accurate and timely manner
• Process invoices and reconcile accounts
• Ensure timely payments of all bills
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Cooperate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes
• Handle queries and build strong relationships with vendors
• Adhere to company policies and regulations
• Contribute positively to the team and the overall goals of the department

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• An analytical mind with strong numerical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
