Wade Macdonald are currently working with a well-established organisation who are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance function.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity focused on supporting the finance function with key responsibilities in the accounts payable area. You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing expense claims, and assisting with banking and ledger entries.

Duties will include:

• Reviewing and processing staff expense claims
• Supporting daily banking tasks and purchase ledger updates
• Monitoring the finance inbox and addressing queries accordingly
• Assisting credit control on an ad hoc basis
• Providing general support with finance administration

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Strong communication skills, a team-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Experience using finance systems is important, and prior exposure to Navision would be beneficial.
