Accounts Payable Assistant

If so, Radley Green arepartnering with a rapidly growing international fashion business, specialising in lingerie, swimwear, and loungewear, to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant.

This opportunity sits within the newly established European finance team of a global organisation. The business is undergoing an exciting transformation with a strategic shift, and are expanding their London Head Office team.

This role is based in the West End and is in the office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting general ledger entries for invoices and banking transactions.

• Daily cash reporting to the group, including maintaining a rota for reporting duties.

• Supporting month-end close activities with relevant postings.

• Monitoring a shared finance mailbox and allocating tasks to the appropriate team members.

• Providing backup support for colleagues within the finance department.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable within a multi-currency environment.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in translating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Excel, with keen attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to drive efficiency and adapt within a small, fast-moving team.
