Job Description - Accounts Payable Assistant

Accounts Payable Assistant
Nigel Wright are currently working with a Newcastle based business seeking temporary Accounts Payable Cover. This role offers some flexibility with hybrid working.

The Role
The main duties in this role are:

Process and verify supplier invoices and payments.
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and vendor data.
Handle employee expenses and support month-end tasks.

The Candidate
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

Accounts payable experience
ERP System knowledge
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Availability to start on short notice
Enthusiastic and driven approach to work
