Accounts Payable Assistant

An UK leading manufacturing business are looking to expand their team even further! Searching for a new Accounts Payable Administrator, who is outgoing, sociable and enjoys team working. From managing all purchase invoices to managing supplier statements, this role will offer you the opportunity to work full end-to-end Purchase Ledger.

The successful candidate will have the chance to not only be fully immersed in everything Accounts Payable but work in a fantastic environment. You will be responsible for responsible for dealing with queries, ensuring all documents are scanned and build long-lasting relationships with external stakeholders. This is an amazing opportunity for an aspiring accounts payable clerk to develop themselves further and take on more responsibilities, while working closely in a supportive, vibrant team.

Skills required

• Experience within a previous Accounts Payable position, ideally with knowledge of reconciliations and managing customer queries is beneficial.
• Previous experience using Excel in a professional environment.
• The ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner, allowing you to hit targets and deadlines.
• The ability to work within a team, as well as working independently to ensure all work is completed.
