Ideal for an early-stage ACCA/CIMA studier with some experience, or a more seasoned AP profile looking to step into a wider role.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day transactional finance while supporting the month-end process.

• Ownership of accounts payable
• Support with bank reconciliations and payment runs
• Assist with accruals, prepayments, and journal postings
• Involvement in monthly reporting and analysis
• Opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow

Main Duties

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will be

• Processing supplier invoices and resolving queries
• Preparing payment runs and maintaining supplier records
• Management of expenses
• Supporting the month-end close and reconciliations
• Assisting with balance sheet work and reporting packs
• Helping with ad hoc finance projects as needed

The Successful Candidate

• Will have experience in a prior Accounts Payable position
• AAT/ACCA/CIMA studier or strong transactional finance experience
• Keen to gain exposure to month-end and reporting
• Confident communicator and team player
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

What’s on Offer?

• £28,000-£35,000 depending on experience
