Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a top tier professional services firm.

For this position we are seeking someone who has previous experience/exposure to Sun Systems accounting software. In addition experience of XERO and/or Sage also desirable.

You will work within a small finance team so prior experience working as a sole accounts payable is ideal.

Duties will include but are not limited to

• Day to day running of the Accounts Payable function
• Processing of Supplier invoices and staff expense
• Compilation of weekly payment runs
• Reconciliation of the Creditors ledger.

The position is to start ASAP. The firm are ideally seeking someone permanently but would consider an exceptional candidate on a contract basis.

The firm offer hybrid working 2 days per week in their office based near Aldgate tube station, 3 days perweek working from home.

The salary on offer is circa £35,000 plus excellent benefits including 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
