Accounts Payable Clerk

Citadel Source is partnering with a successful healthcare company based in Worcester to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing finance function.

The role

Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the general ledger and provide support for any administrative tasks within the finance department.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position, a strong understanding of accounts payable, and sound knowledge of accounting principles. You will be detail-oriented, organised and have strong communication skills.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, your role will include but not limited to:

• Support the running of the accounts department
• Processing supplier invoices
• Assist monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparing weekly payment run
• Ensuring all invoice e-filing is up to date

What the client has to offer

• A salary level of £25,000 to £30,000
