Accounts Payable Clerk

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of high-value invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments. This position is ideal for someone with previous accounts payable experience, looking to grow within a large-scale business.

Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will…

• Daily processing of supplier invoices
• Review and verify invoices, resolving discrepancies or issues
• Assist with monthly and year-end reporting
• Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for invoice processing and payments

Requirements:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will need…

• Proven experience in accounts payable, ideally within a large business
• Strong understanding of the accounts payable processes and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
