Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients Finance team, supporting European entities and contributing to exciting upcoming projects including:

• E-invoicing rollout in January 2026.
• New system implementation to streamline payment processes.
• Expense approvals via SAP Concur

You will be part of a collaborative team of four, working in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment that values innovation and people development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices and credit notes.
• Approve expenses using SAP Concur
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Maintain finance inbox and admin tasks.
• Download invoices from portals.
• Post invoices

What We are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 year's experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Location: Knowlhill, Milton Keynes (Hybrid working with 3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £27,000pa
