Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £26,000
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a very well established law firm in Nottingham. The role will form part of a bigger team responsible for the checking/coding and logging of invoices and issuing payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receipt and logging of invoices
• Coding of invoices
• Posting of invoices to the ledger
• Daily Bacs and cheque payment runs
• Liaising with suppliers on invoice queries
• Resolving queries
• Processing expenses claims

Requirements:

• Experience in Purchase Ledger
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Office
• Excellent communicator
• Good time management and organisation
• Numerically minded
• Very keen attention to detail
• Can do attitude
