Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business near Southport who are looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis

Package:
Salary £25,000 - £28,000
Full-time, Permanent
25days holiday plus BHs
Hybrid working pattern (2 days a week from home)
Holiday buy and sell scheme

Location:

Near Southport - parking on-site

Job Duties:
Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
Preparation of payment proposals
Making payments via BACS
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Process employee expenses
Supporting wider finance team internally
Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Accounts Payable Manager

Ideal experience?
Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential
Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
Good excel and system skills essential
