Accounts Payable Clerk - Hybrid

Sheridan Maine is excited to partner with a growing organisation based in west London to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic finance team with a focus on progression and professional development.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk will include:

• Perform daily accounting tasks that support the accounting function.
• Process purchase invoices and credit notes.
• Conduct account reconciliations.
• Conduct accurate data entry tasks.
• Support weekly payment runs.
• Deal with day-to-day queries and provide resolution.
• Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will require:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Enthusiastic and eager to progress within the finance function.
• Advantageous to have experience with SAGE 300.
