Accounts Payable Controller responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage payment runs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to address queries.
• Assist in month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Controller should have:
