Accounts Payable French Speaking

CMA Recruitment Group is working with a reputable, growing business based in Segensworth, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created French speaking Accounts Payable Assistant on a full time basis.

The Purchase Ledger Assistant will report into the Finance Manager and responsibilities will include:

Maintain purchase ledger for the group
Processing staff expenses 
Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Managing the accruals schedule
Being a point of contact for all relevant escalated enquiries within the team.
Suitable candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant:

Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently
Fluent in French - essential
