Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately process purchase invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain and update the purchase ledger
* Assist in preparing monthly purchase ledger reports
* Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoice queries
* Prepare and execute payment runs in line with company policies
* Support the wider finance team with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software (Sage preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* A proactive approach to resolving issues
