Accounts Payable Lead

My client is a logistics business based in Manchester. Due to to the current incumbent leaving the business they are recruiting the role on a permanent basis into their vibrant and expanding finance function, I have worked with this business previously and they have an excellent culture so this is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for a great place to work.

As an Accounts Payable Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of accounts payable staff, conducting 1-2-1s and making sure their performance is at a good level, ensuring the function is running as efficiently as possible and all KPIs are met. You will be involved with process improvements, as well as a new system implementation early next year.

This role will suit a candidate who has experience in an accounts payable function and has managed staff within these functions. Previous experience using SAP would be highly advantageous to your application.

The salary on offer is paying up to £38,000 with an attractive benefits package that includes hybrid working.
