Accounts Payable Manager

• Lead a team of 6 accounts payable clerks
• Manage the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain and build relationships with vendors, addressing any payment-related queries.
• Oversee accurate and timely month-end close processes for accounts payable.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.
• Collaborate with other departments in the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless workflows.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management as needed.
