Description

• As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable records and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies.
• Assist with month-end processes and provide accounts payable data as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.
