Accounts Payable Specialist

A world leading media agency have a newly created role for a Accounts Payable Executive to join their team. Offering hybrid working, excellent benefits and progression this role is key within the finance team. Well suited to an AP professional looking for a new challenge!!

Responsibilities include:
Registering a large volume of invoices for approval
Posting approved supplier invoices for payment
Looking after suppliers and their queries via email
Ensuring invoices are authorised in line with company policy
Producing payment runs and ad hoc payments, ensuring suppliers are paid within payment terms
Daily bank and cash postings
Maintaining accurate supplier account information and postings
Weekly and Monthly financial reports

The successful candidate:
Experience with accounts payable
Confident working in fast paced environment
Prior media/entertainment experience will be advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills
