Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. In addition to core AP responsibilities, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and coordinating an ERP system upgrade, helping ensure a smooth transition and improved financial processes.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments during system implementation and process improvements.
